ADL’s A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE® curriculum shared with 80 Administrators From the Berea School District

As the West Side suburb of Cleveland becomes more diverse, the Superintendent of the Berea School district is interested in taking a proactive approach toward addressing the issues that might surface as the district’s demographics change.

Trained facilitators worked with 80 Administrators of the Berea School District for 3 and a half hours using ADL’s interactive A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE® curriculum. The facilitators lead the participants in group activities that helped them understand their own bias and led a brainstorming session to discuss ways of challenging bias in their individual schools.
