Seeking Facilitators for ADL’s A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE® Institute
Date: February 20, 2012
In response to the growing number of requests for ADL’s Miller Early Childhood Initiative and other A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE® Institute programs, ADL’s Ohio/Kentucky/Allegheny Regional Office is holding a Train-the-Trainer for new facilitators. These facilitators will lead anti-bias and diversity awareness workshops on a per-diem basis.
ADL’s A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE® Institute workshops address prejudice and discrimination based on race, religion, sexual orientation, ethnicity, gender, age, and ability. These workshops are designed to bring together a diverse group of teachers, administrators, classified staff, students, parents, and members of community organizations.
All facilitators are required to attend a five-day Train-the-Trainer which will take place in Pittsburgh at the end of April. The regional office is primarily seeking trainers from Pittsburgh and Columbus but is accepting resumes from all areas in our region.
If you are interested in applying, please send a cover letter and a resume to clevelandjobs@adl.org, Subject: Facilitator.
