Holocaust as A Human Experience

This intensive one-day trip for high school students to the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, D.C. applies the lessons of the Holocaust to modern-day issues of bigotry. Participating students are required to have classroom work on the Holocaust prior to making the trip – preferably using ADL’s Echoes and Reflections Holocaust curriculum.

Schools must apply for participation in this program as a limited number of trips are available every year. The majority of the cost of this program is underwritten by a regional grant, with schools expected to contribute to a portion of the costs.
