No Place for Hate®
The No Place for Hate® campaign empowers elementary, middle, and high school students to promote respect for individual and group differences while creating inclusive school environments where all students feel valued and respected.
Glass Leadership Institute
The Glass Leadership Institute is ADL's emerging leadership program, identifying, training and encouraging young leaders to become involved with ADL throughout their lives. Participants are selected based on their potential leadership qualities and their sincere interest in the program.
Grosfeld Family National Youth Leadership Mission to Washington, DC
Delegation consists of ten high school students from Nevada who join 100 delegates from ten cities to attend a four day anti-bias workshop in Washington, D. C. and visit the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. The delegation is sponsored by the No Place for Hate® program.
Law Enforcement Trainings
ADL works with law enforcement agencies throughout the state to administer trainings for groups and individual officers about hate crimes and extremist activity.
A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE® Institute
The A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE® Institute houses ADL's renowned programs that teach respect for the diversity in our society. Programs are available for all ages and environments - from kindergarten students through adults in the workplace.
Teacher Training Programs
Teacher Training Programs, part of the A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE® Institute, are professional development programs that provide teachers and administrators with the skills and knowledge to build safe, respectful learning environments for all students. Workshops also provide effective strategies to address prejudice, name-calling, bullying, and disrespect.
Becoming An Ally: Interrupting Name Calling and Bullying
This program, part of the A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE® Institute, provides opportunities for educators and students to explore the harm of name-calling and bullying, and to develop a "Zero-Indifference Approach" to such incidents.
Trickery, Trolling and Threats: Understanding & Addressing Cyberbullying
These workshops for students, educators, and parents are part of the A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE® Institute and designed to increase awareness about the unique features and impact of harassment and hate on the Internet. Although cyberbullying affects almost half of all U.S. teens, schools are often unsure how to respond to these activities.
Echoes and Reflections/Holocaust Education
Echoes and Reflections is a world-class multi-media curriculum on Holocaust education developed through a joint project between the Anti-Defamation League, Yad Vashem, and the USC Shoah Foundation Institute for Visual History and Education. Through compelling video testimony of survivors, rescuers, and liberators, and multi-disciplinary curriculum material, Echoes & Reflections explores connections to cultural diversity, intolerance, prejudice, and genocide in historical and contemporary contexts.
