For decades the Mountain States Region of the Anti-Defamation League has been leading the fight to stop the defamation of the Jewish people, to secure justice and fair treatment for all, and to put an end to unjust and unfair discrimination. Unfortunately, our world is still not free from bigotry and discrimination that can be created from fear or ignorance.

Now you can help change our world by acting individually, or as part of a group, to create an environment where diversity is respected and hatred is
rejected. Use Positive Impact! and its specific ideas and activities to create homes, schools, houses of worship, workplaces and communities that embrace and celebrate our diversity through respect.

It contains all the great resources and ideas in previous editions. Four sections are printed in both Spanish & English: the Resolution of Respect, Developing a Common Language and two other new resources: I Didn't Mean It Like That and Responding to Bigoted Words. The back cover of the guide has a perforated poster of The Resolution of Respect that can be torn off, shared and signed with your co-workers, students, colleagues, employees, etc. Positive Impact! is a companion guide to ADL's No Place for Hate® initiative.
