Date: February 28, 2013

ArtWorks Advocacy

What does a world without hate look like to you? On June 5th, the New York Region will host its second premier art exhibition, fundraiser and silent auction highlighting the mission of ADL – ArtWorks ADL: Justice, Advocacy & Art™.  Founded in 2012 by the New York Region Next Generation Philanthropy Community (NGPC), ArtWorks ADL will feature unique artwork created by today’s leading emerging artists.  In honor of ADL’s 100th anniversary, the theme of this year’s exhibition is Imagine a World Without Hate™. Each artist will create a unique piece of art work – painting, photography or mixed media – that expresses their vision of a world where there is no hate and with tolerance and respect for all. 25 select works of art will be included in a live and silent auction where guests can bid on the work. This year, the event will be held in three cities throughout the United States – Los Angeles, Chicago, and Miami.

We are currently accepting submissions from artists. Submissions are due March 22nd. To apply, visit www.adl.org/adlartist or call 212-885-7985.
