The Glass Leadership Institute

Every year, we receive many applications for our Glass Leadership Institute (GLI). The Institute introduces young adult leaders in our region to the work of ADL. Each month, the group meets to explore such topics as Hate Crimes, Government Affairs, anti-Semitism, Extremism, and Church-State separation.

The highlight of the year is a trip to ADL’s National Leadership Conference in Washington, D.C. The conference, held in the spring, gives GLI participants a chance to meet their counterparts from around the nation, and to meet with ADL’s national leadership. The final day of the conference is spent lobbying members of Congress on The Hill.
