Diversity in Workplace, A Bottom Line Priority

The ADL Plains States Office partnered with five Omaha companies and other community leaders to explore diversity and inclusion in the workplace at a weeklong summit this month. 

Launched by ConAgra Foods, Mutual of Omaha, Omaha Public Power District, Union Pacific Railroad and Wells Fargo, the conference brought in experts, including ADL's Education Associate, to discuss diversity as a business imperative which, in today's complex market, companies need in order to increase employee recruitment and retention, enhance corporate reputation and ultimately, boost the bottom line.

The ADL Plains States firmly believes as demographics shift, this type of proactive effort will help make our city a welcoming place to work and live.
