No Place for Hate® Forms: Traditional Schools

Instructions:

  1. Once your school has formed a No Place for Hate® Committee, complete the No Place for Hate® Renewal and Project Approval Form. 
  2. Have all students sign the No Place for Hate® Resolution of Respect.
  3. Submit the No Place for Hate® Resolution Form.
  4. Once you have received notification of approval of your proposed No Place for Hate® activities, conduct your No Place for Hate® activities.
  5. Submit the No Place for Hate® Activity Form after each activity has been completed.  Include supplemental materials such as pictures, PowerPoint presentations, newspaper articles, etc. 
  6. Optional: We would like to highlight your wonderful work so, whenever possible, submit an article about each No Place for Hate® activity to be featured in the ADL San Diego website and shared with your district.
