A World of Difference® Institute Teacher and Student Anti-Bias Programs
We recognize that attitudes and beliefs affect actions and that each of us can have an impact on others, and ultimately on the world in which we live.
Bearing Witness Institute
A summer study program for Catholic school educators on historical and contemporary issues of Anti-Semitism and the Holocaust.
Echoes and Reflections Holocaust Curriculum Educator Workshops
Teacher training in the multi-media curriculum on the Holocaust and contemporary issues in anti-Semitism of the ADL, the Shoah Foundation and Yad Vashem.
Annual Interfaith Passover Seder
A teaching Seder which brings together students from the local college campuses and the general community.
Unity Through Understanding Day Workshop
An annual anti-bias training workshop offered free of charge to the greater New Orleans area high schools each spring. We institute our A World of Difference anti-bias exercises and help students develop an action plan to make the school community a diverse and respectful environment.
Grosfeld Family National Youth Leadership Mission to Washington, D. C.
Donald R. Mintz Delegation consists of ten high school students from New Orleans who join 100 delegates from ten cities to attend a four day anti-bias workshop in Washington, D. C. and visit the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum.
No Place for Hate®
Program introduced in area high schools to provide educators and students with resources to ensure that anti-bias and diversity education is an integral part of the school curriculum.
