Region Begins Centennial Planning

Date: January 19, 2012

The Anti-Defamation League (ADL), whose mission is "to stop the defamation of the Jewish people and secure justice and fair treatment for all," will celebrate its 100th anniversary from November 2012 through December 2013.  ADL's Southwest Regional Centennial Steering Committee is developing plans to celebrate this milestone anniversary with a big splash through meaningful and exciting community-wide special events, programming and campaigns.  ADL lay leaders and staff, under the umbrella of already established ADL committees, are brainstorming best ways to celebrate ADL’s 100 years of promoting respect and fighting hatred.

In the meantime, ADL has created its "STAY IN TOUCH WITH ADL" campaign to encourage people to sign up to receive information on ADL's 100th year programming and ADL information in general.

Here are simple ways to "STAY IN TOUCH" with ADL.

  1. Sign up to receive our regional monthly newsletter via Email.
  2.  Join ADL's FACEBOOK page, then ask to join the group.  An e-mail will be sent to us, you'll be accepted as a member and you'll receive notices when something new is posted.
  3.   Sign up to receive our local and national publications.

Email southwest@adl.org to sign up for the regional newsletter and other ADL local and national publications.
